Cancellation & refund policy

• If your paid report fails to generate, you are refunded automatically in full within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• If your report is clearly broken (wrong people, empty, unreadable), email adi.buildsthings@gmail.com within 7 days and we will regenerate it or refund you.
• Because reports are personalised digital goods delivered instantly, we don't refund a delivered report just for disagreeing with its opinion.
• Orders can't be cancelled once generation has started.
